We support young people & children that have a family member living with Dementia ..
What we're about at Birmingham Irish ..
Birmingham Irish is the Midlands' leading charity providing support and cultural services to the Irish community. We are based in the Heart of the Irish Quarter in Digbeth, Birmingham.
"Tailored support is critical"
Funded by Children in Need our new project supports children who have a family member living with Dementia. The project involves visiting schools and delivering sessions to children in the classroom. We believe children will feel more at ease in familiar environments and more willing to share their ideas amongst children they know. (Download Summary Here)
